Annual Members Meeting

The 2023 Annual Member Meeting of the Sun Vista-Sunlight Beach Homeowners’ Association will take place on July 29, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM at the Useless Bay Golf and Country Club ( 5725 Country Club Dr, Langley, WA 98260 ).

 The meeting agenda will include:

·      A progress report on a grant we received in collaboration with Sunlight Beach Water Association to explore ways to increase the resilience and reduce risks to our water systems,

·      Update information about our water system infrastructure,

·      Review of 2022 Financial Statements,

·      Update information about our budget,

·      Recommendation for rate increases

·      Information about elections to fill three Board positions that are expiring this year and 

·      Ample open time for your input as we move forward, in light of an eventful year.
